Directions: I-24 to Exit 178 Downtown/Lookout Mountain Hwy 27-N. Travel 1.7 miles to Exit 1A, MLK Blvd. Turn right and travel a short distance. Museum is on the right.
Established in 1983, the museum has developed several valuable Civil War-era educational programs, including special studies on the Underground Railroad and the U.S. Colored Troops in Chattanooga.
