Located in beautiful, historic downtown Pikeville, Perfect Light Gallery occupies a two story brick building at 421 Spring Street. The building is at the corner of Main Street and Spring Street, across from the Bledsoe County courthouse.  Built in 1918 the building housed the US Post Office for many years.  The building underwent a complete restoration in 2004 to become the home of Perfect Light Gallery.  The building retains much of its original charm.

The gallery focuses on photographic art, primarily in color.  The resident artist is John Hargis. His specialty is landscapes and his images are sold across America.
