For over 40 years, three generations of this southern family have welcomed diner for good ole' southern cooking. A "meat and three" restaurant, Beas serves all the chicken, biscuits, green beans and blueberry pie you can eat for only $6, and that includes iced tea. Although the menu changes daily, you will always find mounds of fried chicken, buttermilk biscuits and mashed potatoes and fresh vegetables. Iced tea and ice water is all they serve here, although there are soda machines. There is communal seating at big, round tables.
