Sunshine Hollow, 160 acres of unspoiled Tennessee forest, is nestled in the Great Valley between the Smoky Mountains and the Cumberland Plateau about halfway between Knoxville and Chattanooga. Owners Dave and Vicki Rhyne host thousands of visitors each year and have shipped products all over the United States and Canada. At Sunshine Hollow we have the
Bakery (specializing in our famous pecan fruitcake), the sales shop, an outdoor wedding site, lunch and reception pavilion and The Gardens of Sunshine Hollow. In the Gardens we grow thousands of perennials (including Daylilies, Hosta, Roses, Dahlias, Cannas and Iris). Numerous annuals and various shrubs on 20 well manicured acres.

Each year we do a number of craft and Christmas shows to sell and introduce our products to customers around East Tennessee.  We try to let folks see and taste many items such as our Pecan Fruitcake and Praline Pecans. Customers can buy our goodies at Special Show Prices without ordering by Mail Order.

Arrange your beautiful outdoor wedding from April through September. We can also host your wedding reception under the roof of our new open-air pavilion. Book early to get the best dates!

Dining:  Have lunch and homemade ice cream or let us cater your group's lunch or dinner. We make a delicious Rocky Top Cornbread Salad made with Mexican cornbread, Vidalia onions, bell peppers, bacon, cheddar cheese, pinto beans, corn, and ranch dressing. Our Tennessee Pinto's and Ham are slow simmered for hours to  get the flavor just right.  Mother Dave's (Dave loves to cook too) Pasta Salad made with real Parmesan Cheese is a great treat for those warm summer days. For those wanting a Dinner meal we can do Hot Buffets cooked right here in our Kitchen. Reservations and deposit are required and minimum numbers apply.
