4th of July Fireworks Shows in Southeast Tennessee

The Continental Congress approved the final wording of the Declaration of Independence on July 4, 1776. Since 1870, when Congress declared July 4 to be a national holiday, we celebrate that document (housed at the National Archives in Washington D.C.) as the birth of American independence.
