No charge to participate if you bring your own paddle board and gear. If you need to rent one of my boards/gear, contact me before the event.

• Must be 100-225 lbs.
• Bring an insulated water bottle and wear swimwear.
• Classes may be delayed or canceled due to inclement weather. A raincheck will be given.
